This woman from Delhi is all set to give inferiority complex to all the men out there. Check out the story of India's iron woman!
If you think that girls hit the gym when they become fat or wish to run for the next marathon, then you are wrong, as there are many women out there who can give men inferiority complex.

One such is the case of a Delhi-based girl, Yashmeen Manak, who is also known as the "iron woman", who is breaking gender stereotypes.
This woman is here to break the thought that women are of weaker sex when it comes to handling many things in life. Little do people know that she is an entrepreneur, a fitness instructor and a biker, all together.

She Started At The Age Of 17 Years!
She has been an active participant in sports since the time she was a kid. While many teens are conscious about their looks and are exploring their goals, Yashmeen was clear about her goal and started out at a tender age of 17 years!
She Won Two Gold Medals
All thanks to her dedication and passion, she won 2 gold medals. One was in the Women's Physique category and the other in Women's Fitness category, in Bulandshahr, UP.
“Normal Is Boring”
While giving an interview to a leading media she said, "Normal is boring. I like to break the stereotypes. I ride a Bullet and do powerlifting. I am already more muscular than many guys and love it."
She Runs A Gym In Gurgaon
Currently, Manak runs a gym in Gurgaon and coaches more than 300 boys and girls every month. She said that people were hesitant initially when they saw her as the gym trainer; however, that did not dampen her spirit! Way to go, girl...
She Was Crowned Miss India 2016
She was crowned Miss India 2016 at a competition organised by the Indian Body Building and Fitness Federation (IBBFF). And since then, there has been no looking back for this Iron Woman of India!
