Like we charge a battery, human body also needs to be charged through sleep. Sleep is the vital thing next to food and water that we need for survival.

When a human body is deprived of sleep the body tends to react on it's own. A sleep deprived person will start hallucinating, will have blurred visions, slurred speech and memory lapse.
