Most of us follow quite a hectic schedule without any time to relax and enjoy the simple things in life. We have no time to admire the beauty of the flowers blooming by the sidewalk, no time to appreciate the cool breeze that gently plays with our hair. All in all, we seem to have time only for stress.

When you are in the need of effective stress busters, choose a feel good hobby like reading a favourite book or watching your favourite movie. It goes a long way in relaxing you.

A deep breath
A good stress buster when you find yourself overwhelmed by the situation and your mind is ready to explode with stress - close your eyes and take a deep breath.

Effective stress busters include setting apart some time each day for yourself. Take a half hour to enjoy a warm bath or to exercise and help you relax at the end of the day.
