This is one of the tips to get the job done. Once you have made your plan, analyse the other people who can be included in this plan. Talk to this person beforehand and see whether they are on the same page as you are. This will take you a long way and they will also be happy to do things for you.

Be humble
Try not to boss over others and make them feel that you are ordering them around. Try to understand why they are not able to do the job and see if you can do something to help them. This doesn’t mean that you need to do the job for them. You can always guide them. This will not only help them but the company too.

Be disciplined

Being good at workplace is very important. You need to have a good relationship with everyone in your team and in your office. Talking to them will help you with this.
