The word dictator associates itself with a lot of adjectives with history showcasing dictatorship as a deadly propensity. The world has numerous dictators who've portrayed varied levels of unscrupulousness, ineptitude and disgust. While certain cases have seen dictatorship epitomizing considerable levels of kindness and empathy, the number of such cases is disappointingly negligible.
