These type of colleagues love inviting trouble especially when things are not running according to them. This leads to problems between the employee and employer. To work with such colleagues, it is best to avoid them.

Credit Taking Co-worker: In most of the companies, you will find such type of co-workers. They love taking credit of things that they have not done. And whenever they do a mistake, they will easily put the blame on any other teammate!
