Nobody likes criticism but unfortunately, some or the other day, every person faces it. Be it in school, college or office, criticism is faced at least once or more by every individual. Never take it personally: It is best to avoid taking criticism personally. Don't get affected when someone criticizes you at work. The more you think about it, the more you get affected. So, when you are criticized at work, keep your emotions on hold.

Not always negative: Listen the comments and then ask yourself, “Is it true?” It is not necessary that criticism is always negative or positive. You have to analyze by linking it to the situation. Sometimes, a criticism makes you work more hard and prove your boss with your work.
