Best Dressed At Filmfare South Awards

Filmfare South Awards is one of the prestigious functions that is held annually. It is an event to honour the talents in the South Indian Film Industry for their work and dedication. Celebrities from four of the South's biggest film industries namely; Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam participate in this award function. As this is one of the biggest award functions in the Southern India, celebrities dress their best. Here is the list of best dressed celebrities at the Filmfare South Awards, 2011. These celebs stole the limelight at the event.

Kajal Aggarwal: The famous South Indian actress might have tried her hands in the main Bollywood industry, but her roots in the South has brought her back to the regional town. Kajal looked amazing in a lace gown. Lace is in fashion right now and this South Indian actress looked dazzling in this trending black lace neck gown. The sleeveless full length black gown was well fitted on the tall actress. Diamond jewellery accessorised the elegant look.


Shruti Hassan:
The tall and beautiful diva looked gorgeous at the Filmfare South Awards 2011 red carpet. Draped in a pink saree with golden and sliver embroidery and a sleeveless blouse, the diva looked cute. The traditional yet stylish look was eye-catchy.

Deepika Padukone: The Bollywood beauty added a spark to the Filmfare South Awards 2011 red carpet. Dressed in a multi-coloured half saree, the celebrity added a charm to the award show. The embroidery on the black sleeveless blouse and the net black dupatta that almost flowed like a small train was beautiful. The multi-coloured skirt was teamed brilliantly with the black blouse and dupatta.

Nisha Aggarwal: The sister of South Indian actress Kajal also looked great at the Filmfare South Awards 2011. The celebrity wore a pink off shoulder toga style gown. The golden accessory on the sleeve of the pink gown was a great colour combination with the plain body fitting gown. Golden watch and bracelet added a glam touch.

Poorna: This South Indian actress looked simple yet classic in a black and silver anarkali churidar. Heavy silver work on the kurta and a pinch of red stone work looked amazing. Heavy dangling earrings accessorised the deep neck embroidered anarkali kurta.

Tamanna: The actress wore a blue coloured fish cut gown that flaunted her well shaped figure properly. The star looked like a blue mermaid in the blue gown. Her high neck top with frills on the waist added to the glam look.

Aarti Chhabria: The Bollywood actress walked the Filmfare South Awards 2011 red carpet in a short one piece. The nude coloured off shoulder full sleeve one piece looked great at the slim figure. Embellished black belt and a matching pouch was perfect to accessorise the evening look.
