Jennifer Lopez has a crazy workout regime, the singer actress is said to workout at least six times a week before music shoots. Jennifer Lopez reportedly hits the gym everytime she would want flaunt her body in the skimpy outfits in her videos. Itseems the On the Floor singer at time gets very insecure about her physique.

“You can hide a lot with good clothes, but when you"re doing a video, you really can"t because the clothes get smaller!" Jennifer Lopez said.

“It"s like all the sudden my stomach"s out. Oh no!
“Its like, that"s what they want me to wear? I"d better start doing Tracy Anderson workouts six times a week then!"

Meanwhile, Jennifer Lopez is all happy for the release of her new album called "Love?" which happened on Monday. The singer is happy for another reason, she revealed that a different aspect of her new album was inspired by her new twins Emme and Max and her husband Marc Anthony.

“My life has changed since my last album, I"ve changed as a person, obviously I"ve given birth since the last album, and it"s like boom! 360 degree change!" Jennifer Lopez added.
“I was able to talk about love in a different way, and with the album and the question mark, I knew it would be provocative."
