A friend of the late, King of Pop star, Rob Goldstone, has revealed that Michael danced for hours to beat what he had suffered for a long time - insomnia.

A friend of Michael Jackson has revealed that the late King of Pop tried to beat his insomnia by dancing for hours. It's believed that the pop icon, during his 'Bad Tour', which happened in the late 80's, used to have a dance floor installed in hotel rooms. The Sun quoted him, as saying, "At the end of a show it took him eight to ten hours to wind down. So he'd dance the entire time."

Goldstone further revealed that Jackson, who became hooked on sedatives, also resorted reading children's books to relax. His sedative addiction, as many believe, has been the reason for his untimely demise.
