Hollywood actress Halle Berry is selling off her Beverly Hills house that she bought in 2001 for more than twice what she paid for it.

After she married singer Eric Benet, Berry bought the Benedict Canyon Drive property for 1.4 million pounds, eight years ago.



She has put the property up for sale at 3.1 million pounds. The property includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, landscaped gardens and stone spa.

The home also comes with vaulted heavy wood-beamed ceilings, wood floors, fireplaces, a dramatic staircase and a gourmet cook's kitchen.
