Stitch In Time Saves Nine-Hyderabad Mobile Tailor
Satyanarayan, the mobile tailor offers personal service at the doorstep of the customer when called over his mobile phone. With a sewing machine perched on a handcart, he pulls himself down the road reaching out to the tailoring needs of the clients. Satyanarayan earlier a farmer, took to mobile tailoring to eke out a better living that farming failed to do so. He believes that his novel idea of reaching out to the customers keeps their headaches at bay to get even a little tailoring work done at the shops.
"In just one phone call, he is right here at our doorstep. If we go to the stationed tailors we face a lot of problems. They keep on postponing the date of delivering the cloth. But Satyanarayan is always coming to us. He sits under a tree. And in no time he stitches cloth," said Anuradha, a customer.
