Banks has claimed the top position after beating American Idol host and DJ Ryan Seacrest, Jennifer Lopez, Heidi Klum and Sean 'Diddy' Combs.
In the poll, Oprah Winfrey turned out to be the celebrity most people would like as a next door neighbour and Nicole Richie stood above Mel Gibson and Tom Cruise to become the celebrity with the Most Improved Reputation.
In the meantime, Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer were chosen as the Most Unlikely Couple and Jennifer Lopez and Jessica Alba lost the Hottest New Mama crown too .
