One is immerse them in cold tap water and the second option is boil and fry them. Put the boiled and fried eggs in a bowl and cover with paper. Nuts don't get spoiled easily but if you live in a humid environment they can be attacked by small insects. To prevent that, put the nuts in sun for some time so that the absorbed moisture is removed. Then put them in air tight container. Repeat the process daily to keep insects away from the nuts.

It will also get spoiled easily. Mix two to three tsp of honey in it to prevent curd from bacterial attack. Honey is a natural preservative and prevents food from getting spoiled. This is among the best natural food preservation techniques.
