In the current generation, most bachelors tend to move out of their hometown for higher education or work, pursuing their passion. The current generation of bachelors are mobile and independent. As a bachelor, when you move out to study or start your career, you are usually on a budget living out of savings and money wired by your parents. Hence the house or room you choose to live or share will be cramped and sized depending on your budget.

This does not mean you can't transform it or decorate it to modern taste and preferences. It is best to avoid cramping your living space with unwanted furniture or gadgetries that are not essential. Keep your living space with free of clutters so that you have that extra room to accommodate your friends to watch your favourite game together or have a gaming night.
