Snoring occurs mainly due to breathing issues during sleep. In some cases, it is hereditary and in some cases it could be due to other factors like excessive alcohol consumption, fatigue or any other factor that restricts breathing during sleep.

An apple, the juice of a lemon, juice of a carrot and a small piece of ginger.
How To Prepare
Blend all the ingredients in a blender and consume it 30 minutes before sleep.

Ginger helps in increasing blood circulation, enhancing digestion and even relaxing your tissues.
Why Apple?
Apples do contain potassium and vitamin B6 which help you sleep well. Also, the vitamin C in it helps you breathe well and relax before sleeping.

Lemon juice surely improves sleep. Also, lemon juice alkalises the body and promotes digestion too.

Alpha carotene present in carrots can promote deep sleep.
