Ingredients
You will need a cup of lukewarm olive oil and a tablespoon of cayenne pepper.
Step #1
Mix the cayenne pepper and olive oil. Use a spoon to mix them; don't touch cayenne pepper with bare hands!

Step #2
Wear gloves and apply the paste-like mixture on the affected area (your knee). If it causes extreme burning sensation, wash it immediately! Otherwise, you can continue to the next step.
Step #3
Let the paste stay there for 15 minutes. Wash the place using lukewarm water. Don't touch your face or eyes with those hands as cayenne pepper could irritate the skin and eyes.

How Often?
You can do it twice a day for 3-4 days (only if you are able to take the burning sensation caused by cayenne pepper).
How Does It Work?
Cayenne pepper contains a substance known as capsaicin. It almost works like a pain killer. In fact, the hotness of cayenne pepper is due to capsaicin.
What Capsaicin Does
Capsaicin works by depleting a particular chemical that is responsible for supplying pain-signals to your brain. It basically reduces pain sensations. Yes, that is why this substance is also used in certain pain-killer creams.
