Boost Your Circulation In 10 Minutes!
If you are suffering from poor blood circulation, you can do certain small activities which immediately boost your circulation. One example is doing jumping jacks.
There are so many reasons behind poor blood circulation. If you don't drink enough water, if you have too much of bad cholesterol, if you don't exercise well, your blood circulation might get affected.
Blood circulation is very important as all areas of your body receive oxygen and nutrients only through blood. Poor blood flow can cause many health issues. In fact, your whole body suffers if blood isn't supplied to each and every tissue and organ.

Though with age, circulatory issues may arise, if you take certain precautionary methods like quitting smoking and working out regularly, you can prevent those circulatory issues.
Tip #1
Your body need to move. Perform 10-15 jumping jacks. This workout will instantly make you feel enhanced blood circulation.
Tip #2
Stand up. Slowly raise your body up. Only your toes should touch the floor and the whole body including the heels should raise up.

Hold that position for a few seconds and get back. Repeat the exercise 10 times. Your circulation starts getting better.

Raise your hands above your head. Now, move them in circles. First in the clockwise direction and then in anticlockwise direction. Do 10 repetitions.

Sit upright and turn your head towards the left and hold for a few seconds. Then turn it to the right. Do 10 repetitions slowly.
