2. Low Fat Yogurt:
You might be surprised when you learn that low fat yogurt and milk are not good for the health as in the process of stripping off the fat, these food items end up being stripped of important vitamins. These also contain thickening agents that are bad for health. So instead of stuffing your fridge with these items, go for full fat dairy products that are a healthier option.
3. Mayonnaise:
You must have a bottle of mayonnaise in your fridge. Ditch it right away as it is not only unhealthy, it is high in calories as well. Instead, go for a mustard sauce.
4. Soda:
Soda is something that you must not keep in the fridge at all. It can cause a lot of diseases in the long run. Instead, go for fresh juices without sugar.
5. Processed Meat:
Avoid keeping processed meat in your fridge as these have been proved to be carcinogenic. Instead, go for fresh meat and freeze them in the deep freezer. Consume this in a week's time.
