- 1 cup of milk
- Half spoon of ground turmeric
- ¼th spoon of freshly ground black pepper
- 1 spoon of raw honey
- ½ spoon of extra-virgin coconut oil
- 1 crushed green cardamom pod
- 1 small cinnamon stick
Instructions:
Firstly, heat the milk and add cardamom and cinnamon to it. After that, add turmeric, pepper, coconut oil and honey, while you're stirring constantly. Heat everything until it is steaming, but do not boil it. In the end, strain the cinnamon and cardamom. Apply the mixture on top of your delicate eye lids as well as underneath the eyes. Be careful not put in inside your eyes. Wash it after it dries up in about 5-8 minutes.
