Vajrasana (Diamond Pose) For Better Digestion

standing
position.
2.
Get
down
to
sitting
position.
Sit
flat
on
the
ground
with
your
legs
stretched
forward.
3.
Slowly
fold
your
legs
with
the
top
of
your
legs
pressed
against
the
ground.
4.
The
spine
should
be
kept
straight.
5.
Place
your
palms
on
the
knees.
6.
As
you
settle
down
to
the
position,
take
deep
breaths
in
and
out.
7.
Continue
it
for
about
a
few
minutes.
8.
Slowly
come
out
of
the
position.
