Firstly, boil the water in a container. Wait till the water reaches the boiling point. Then remove the vessel from the stove and place it aside. Add cinnamon powder to the water. Wait till the water cools down.
Add two teaspoons of honey after the water comes back to room temperature. Drink the mixture every day before you go to bed. Do it for 7 days and see the difference.
