Eid-ul-Fitr 2021: Tips That Will Help You To Have A Healthy Eid
Eid is a time to celebrate, meet friends and relatives, have fun, and above all, it is a time to gorge on delicacies. With mouth-watering dishes all around, it is very difficult to keep ourselves away from the rich and tasty dishes. Sometimes we overeat and this can upset our tummy. It can result in acidity, heartburn, gas, loose motions and pain in the stomach.
So today let us talk about some ways in which you can eat the delicacies and take care of your tummy as well. All the animal-based food items that you have like the kebabs and the tandoori items can cause acidity in the body. Eid is a time when having biryani is a must. This food item is also a comfort food for some people.
