Gastroenteritis, an infection causing irritation and inflammation of the inner lining of the stomach and intestines, is one of the most common diseases that can be seen rising during the monsoon season.
It is mainly caused by the virus, bacteria and other germs that get transmitted, especially through the foods and water that are contaminated and overflowing of the sewage water with flies being the major carriers of the infection.
