Pawanmuktasana (Wind Relieving Pose) To Reduce Belly Fat
Having a bulging belly is one of the worst feelings one could ever have. You might have tried several measures that your friends or your relatives might have suggested to lose that awkward fat. But all these would have failed to get the desired results. And this might have left you frustrated, isn't' it?
Well, here is some good news that might cheer you up. Take up yoga, specifically Pawanmuktasana and you won't even realize where your belly fat has vanished. It is one of the best natural ways to get rid of your belly fat.

The word Pawanmuktasana is derived from the Sanskrit words 'Pawan' which means wind, 'Mukta' which means relieve and 'Asana' which means pose. This yoga asana is always better to be practised on an empty stomach.

Pawanmuktasana is one of the simplest yoga asanas. However, for a beginner it might be a little difficult as it requires a little balance of the body while performing the asana. But with a few days of practise it becomes easier.
Here is the step-wise procedure to perform the asana. Take a look.
Step-by-step Procedure To Perform Pawanmuktasana:
1.To begin with, from the standing position slowly come down to lying position.
2.The feet should be parallel to each other and the arms too stretched and lying free on either side.
3. Feel yourself relaxed.
4. Slowly raise one of your legs. Then bend it, and using your hands pull the knees towards the chest.
5. Your hands should be in clasped position.
6. Take deep breaths - in and out and then try lifting both your hands and chest a little above the floor.
7. The knee should touch your chin.
8. Take long deep breaths in and out and remain in the position for a few seconds.
9. Slowly come out of the position and repeat the same with another leg.
