Though it is tough to believe, drinking water may also help. Sometimes, dehydration could cause water retention. So, drink enough water and see.
Foods like blackberries, raisins and bananas contain potassium. When your body lacks enough of potassium, it may cause retention of water. Potassium helps in maintaining water-sodium balance.
