Foods For Blood Purification Diet
If you think that cleaning your blood is not a necessary exercise, then take another look at why you should do this. Just like you take a shower daily, as you must, you should clean internally each day and particularly the blood. Today we shall discuss a diet that will help in blood purification.
So how do you clean yourself internally daily? You do that in two ways. First you have to provide the materials to your body to do the cleaning and then stop taking in substances that will pollute it again. This means that you have to start off with a blood purification diet and also stop taking in toxic substances.

It is very important to keep the blood free of harmful substances, impurities and toxins for the body to function properly. The kidneys, the liver and the lymphatic vessels are responsible for purifying the blood. The body needs a certain diet to purify the blood. It is an eating plan that an individual needs to follow to purify the blood.
Vegetables, specially green leafy vegetables are great in purifying the blood. Broccoli, spinach, cabbage, kale, cauliflower etc. are great in purifying the blood. You can either juice them or saute them or boil them and have them.
Fruits are great for purifying the blood. Fruits like apples, avocados, oranges, lemons, pineapples, pomegranates, raspberries, etc. help purify the blood. You can either juice them or have them as whole fruits.
Neem leaves have been great in purifying the blood. These have been used in India since time immemorial for its antiseptic and antibacterial properties. Boil neem leaves in water and strain the water and drink it. If you can, you can also crush the neem leaves and drink the juice right away. However, if you have low blood sugar, avoid it as it brings down sugar levels drastically.
Garlic and certain herbs like red clove have been found to purify the blood in a great way. Garlic contains sulphur which helps to purify the blood. So try this diet and purify your blood naturally.
