Pain in the lower back is one of the most common problems most of us face during the middle age. In fact, this pain is responsible for low productivity in many people as it may force one to take complete bed rest on occasions.
When you target the muscles around the spine and strengthen them with the right workouts, you may find some relief from lower back pain say experts.
There is a workout known as motor control exercise. This addresses all the muscles that generally support your spine. But a therapist is required to perform this workout.
The study included more than 2000 participants of almost all age groups. As a part of the study, researchers tried the motor control exercise on some groups and other exercises on other groups and finally came to a conclusion that the motor control exercise may work well.
Some participants reported that the pain is reduced after trying the exercise. But as health experts suggest, this exercise must be done only in the presence of a therapist at least till the patient gains control over the technique and practice of the exercise.
