Ginger contains many healing properties whereas cinnamon is a spice that has some health benefits. Using these two as ingredients, you can try to shed 2-3 kilos in a short span of time.

What you'll need: honey, ginger, cinnamon, tea powder, turmeric powder and water.

How to do: Take a bowl of water and boil it. Add tea powder, half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder, and grated ginger. Add a pinch of turmeric powder too.

Crush a piece of ginger and add it to the boiling water. Let it boil for 3 more minutes.

Now, add a spoon of tea powder to the boiling water. Use raw tea leaf if possible. Commercial tea powder isn't so good to use for medicinal purposes.

Let it boil for 5 minutes on low flame. Ensure that the liquid doesn't spill around due to heat.

Step #6

Fill the liquid in a cup and add a mint leaf to it. Or add a drop of mint to it.

Step #7

Add a few drops of lemon juice and drink the liquid in the morning instead of breakfast for 7 days.
