Bathing More Than Once A Day
Your main aim is to clear the dust, bacteria and toxins on your skin on a daily basis. That is why we take a bath. But if you bath more than once a day, your skin may get irritated and may also suffer certain infections as dry skin may attract certain types of bacteria.
Brushing Only Once
Brushing once a day isn't enough. Dentists recommend brushing and flossing after every major meal of the day to keep dental issues at bay.
Wiping Sweat Carelessly
Use a clean towel to wipe the sweat on your body. Trying to use your fingers to clean the sweat is of no use as your hands contain lots of bacteria.
Not Cleaning The Carpet
Certain type of microorganisms survive and breed on your carpet. Vacuum cleaning isn't enough. Health experts recommend professional cleaning at least twice a year.
Using Your Friend's Accessories
Don't share towels or nail cutters. They spread bacteria from one person to the other.
Using Hand Sanitiser Excessively
Too much of good is also bad. If you overuse such products, your skin may become dry and starts becoming vulnerable to certain bacterial attacks.
When To Wash Your Hands
Soon after touching something dirty, after urination or bowel movements and before eating something- washing hands is very important.
Fighting For The Remote
Now, you can stop fighting with your partner for the remote control. Certain reports say that, just like mobile phones even remotes carry lots of micro organisms.
Don't Wash Your Under Garments In Washing Machine
Health experts say that washing undergarments in the washing machine, that too along with other clothes isn't really a hygienic thing to do. Wash them separately in warm water with hands.
