Beat Fatigue: Make Your Own Energy Drink!
Many people around us use energy drinks. Those who are into sports tend to use them more. After you are totally exhausted after a tiresome physical activity, your body needs enough electrolytes to avoid collapsing.

So, energy drinks serve a purpose. But the problem is they're over priced and they also contain lots of sugar and unwanted chemicals too. So, if you wish to prepare your own energy drink, here is how you do it.

What you need: Coconut water, honey, salt, oranges, lemons, water, strawberries an sugar.
Get a blender and add 5 teaspoons of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, 2 spoons of honey and 2 cups of water. Blend them well and add a few ice cubes before you gulp it down. You will feel fresh and energetic.

Method 2: Mix half cup of orange juice with quarter cup of lemon juice and add a pinch of salt to it. Add 2 spoons of honey and 2 cups of water. Blend all these ingredients and add ice cubes before drinking.
Method 3: Add a cup of ice cubes to 3 cups coconut water. Add some strawberries, a pinch of salt, a cup of water and 2 spoon of honey. Blend them well and drink.

Fatigue can simply be a result of your daily life's activities. Though you aren't a gym rat or an athlete, your daily life's work can sometimes tire you. Also, emotional fatigue could also drain you sometimes. Irrespective of the reason, energise yourself again with your own beverages.

Contrary to what we think, too much of rest isn't the solution sometimes. Keep yourself physically active on a regular basis and see the result.
Ginseng Tea
Sip some ginseng tea to feel fresh. Mix a few drops of honey in the tea.
Balanced Diet
Consume a balanced diet that supplies you with stable energy levels, vitamins and minerals.
Drink Potato Water
Soak a few slices of potato in water for a few hours and drink the water. Though you don't get instant energy, your body will be able to get some potassium.
Lemon Water
The easiest thing to do is to drink some lemon water to energise yourself instantly.
Spinach Juice
Regularly drink spinach juice to supply your body with vital minerals and vitamins.
Regulate Your Sleep
Try to normalise your sleep patterns. This will surely affect your energy levels in a positive way.
