2 Acupressure Points To Enhance Your Concentration And Memory

The medical technique of acupressure is all about finding the meridian lines on the body and applying pressure on them, in a way to promote blood circulation, relieve pain, etc.

This is quite similar to Acupuncture, except that in the Acupuncture technique, needles are used on the pressure point, whereas in acupressure, you'll need to use your fingers to apply the pressure.

It is fair to say that compared to acupuncture, acupressure is a less painful technique.

Bigger rushing point is the place where the bones of big toe and second toe interject. All you have to do is put your finger on that point and gently put pressure for about 3-4 minutes.

After that, release the pressure and repeat the process for 4 to 5 times through the day. Doing this, on a regular basis, can enhance your concentration, focus and the ability to remember things.
