Smoking
Turning to that butt will not help you deal with stress. In fact, it will add to more health issues and slowly kill you. Deal with stress by taking a walk and not with a cigarette.
Coffee Addiction
Caffeine is a drug which helps to calm your mind at some point but an overdose of coffee can kill you. The properties present in coffee will increase heart beat rapidly and can cause the heart to fluctuate or palpitate.
Lack Of Exercise
If you are under stress, work it out at the gym instead of lying around and doing nothing about it. Lack of exercise will make you obese, lazy and puts your system to sleep.
