Slow Down Your Heart Rate
During anxiety, your heart beat increases. To make your heart rate back to normal, you need to stimulate the vagus nerve, which governs heart rate. This nerve can be controlled through breathing. This can be done by exhaling through a closed airway. Pinch your nose and try to breathe out while keeping the mouth closed. The pressure in the chest cavity will increase, and the vagus nerve will be stimulated.
Treat Acid Reflux
If you suffer from hyper-acidity and acid reflux sleep on your left side. When you sleep on left side, your stomach lies lower and acid can't travel up to the esophagus. The acid needs to travel against gravity to come to the esophagus, which is a difficult job when you sleep on your left.. When you sleep on your right side, your stomach is higher, which can make the stomach acid enter the esophagus easier, thus causing acid reflux.

Headache And Migraine Relief
Instead of using pain killers, you can try acupressure methods to relieve pain. For frontal headache and migraine pains this technique gives result in five minutes. Use your thumb and index finger to press on the muscle located in the webbing between the thumb and index finger. Doing this will relieve headache naturally.
Long-Term Memory
