Depression is a term to be described mental, but do you know that food consumption habits are also responsible for this hazardous stuff? There is a wide range of food items which uplifts and encourages the depression.In this context, it's shocking to hear about a couple of fruits that cause depression. Though we are always well aware of its health benefits, there is another side too. We need to explore them and implement in controlling stress and possible depression.

Apart from these, we also have foods that cause depression as a reason to worry. Depression is a growing disease and serious concern for the current generation- hence we need to adopt proper remedies. Let's put a look on these food items closely and develop a self awareness to eradicate depression.

About 30-35 per cent of population suffering from fructose mal-absorption may face serious issues like bloating & stomach ache, fatigue, confusion, depression and anxiety- if fructose consumption is on higher level. The fructose particles are unable to break through and passes unchanged to large intestine creating havoc.
