How To Calm Down When Stressed Up
Most of us could be very quick to lose temper especially when we are stressed out. Yes, some of us over work and get tired. This makes us lose balance when we are tested beyond limits. So, how to calm down when angry?
There are some simple ways to calm down if you are open to trying something in that cranky mood. Firstly, realise that both stress and anger are bad for your health.
In the long run, negative emotions lead to bad health conditions and positive emotions are said to prevent certain disorders. These claims are backed by research and that is why it is better to take a look at certain ways to calm down when angry.

Tip #1
The first thing to do is to move completely out of that place which has stressed you. If it is people who have made you angry, then move away from them for some time so that you can cool yourself.

Take a deep breath, hold and relax. Breathe in, hold and breathe out. Do this 5-6 times. Your lungs can get more of oxygen.

Drink a bottle of water. It is not advisable to stay dehydrated when you are undergoing stress of anger.

Do this exercise. Tighten your muscles for a few seconds and relax them again. Repeat this process for 5-6 times. It works. It calms you down a bit.

Run for a while as it releases endorphins which can make you feel good for a while.

In fact, closing your eyes is also a good way of distracting yourself for a while when you are terribly upset.
