Well, we too have some knowledge regarding foods to cure hangovers and can surely put together certain ingredients to bring relief to ourselves.

It would be good to know about certain methods to avoid a hangover. It is important to know that alcohol dehydrates the body to a great extent. In order to counter the effects of dehydration, it would be a good idea to intersperse hydrating foods with drinks. Another effective way of preventing a hangover would be to line the stomach adequately with something healthy, like milk.
