Turmeric
Turmeric has anti inflammatory and anti-allergy properties as it contains a substance known as curcumin. Mix one teaspoon of turmeric with hot milk and drink it two times daily to prevent allergies.
Lemons

It is rich in probiotics(good bacteria) that help to combat allergy by their anti-inflammatory properties. Have yoghurt to treat you allergy naturally. Mothers who have yoghurt in their pregnancy have lower risk of developing eczema in their babies.
Sweet Potatoes
