9 Weekend Habits That Ruin Your Health

Most of us live from weekend to weekend. This phrase ‘weekend to weekend' means that we live a particular type of lifestyle during the week and a different kind of lifestyle during the weekend. During the weekdays, we are usually compelled to live a disciplined lifestyle because we have to go to office in the morning and cannot afford to do anything that jeopardises our early morning schedule. However, on the weekends, our habits give way to laziness and sloth. We tend to ‘let go' on weekends and indulge in unhealthy habits. Weekend habits can be unhealthy which can have repercussions during the weekdays.

We try to ‘live it up' on the weekend. Since we have no time to go out to eat on weekdays, we usually eat out on weekends. And as we are in holiday spirit, our weekend eating habits are usually not very healthy. Besides, there are other things that add to ‘weekend stress'. We have to finish lot of work during the weekend and this makes us take more stress than we do during rest of the week.

Weekend habits like hitting the gym once in a while or partying too hard can also have implications for your health. You need to be wary of habits that make you sick during the weekend. No one likes to go to office with a headache and aching ill-health. It is best to know which one of your weekend habits are making you unfit.
