Going to bed empty stomach will help you weigh less when you wake up. The food gets digested in that 2-3 hour gap, and so you won't wake up to indigestion, or undigested food. Cardios
You should always go ahead with cardiovascular exercises about 2 or 3 hours before you go to bed in the night. This would help you with your metabolic activities. Exercising a few hours before you go to bed will induce metabolism thus helping you burn those extra calories with efficiency. This will help you wake up having shed a few pounds overnight.
Water is Elixir
