Another summer health tip is that along with drinking a lot of water, you must also protect yourself from the sun by wearing sun protection gears.

Health and fitness level: Every adult has a different fitness level and body requirements. Water intake depends on the fitness level. If you are weak with respect to body functionality and immunity, you should drink more water to prevent any dehydration. An adult must have a minimum of 5 litres if they have problems related to dehydration. A summer health tip for those who frequently have dehydration and health-related problems is that he/she must also drink energy drinks such as glucose and fresh fruit juices along with water.
