Cover the face – The best possible natural remedy for spring allergies is covering your nose and face. For this purpose you can use a nose mask or a wrap a cloth around your entire face. Eat right – There are some foods also which can trigger spring allergies. Therefore, you must be careful on what you are eating. Clean clothes – Always wear newly washed clothes to avoid getting in contact with dust or pollen.
