Summer Juices To Avoid Dehydration
Summer is one of the best and worst seasons. You get to wear shorts and light clothes. However, the bad thing about summer is the heat that causes several health, skin and hair problems. During summers, we all love to hit the beach, go for outings and enjoy cold beverages. But, health problems especially dehydration can spoil your mood and day completely. Dehydration can lead to health problems liek constipation, Urinary Tract Infections, bloating etc.
Even after drinking lots of fluids, you can suffer from dehydration due to sweating. Moreover, your diet also affects the water content in the body. For example, caffeine can lead to dehydration so, it is important to watch out on what you eat and drink during summers.
Seasonal fruits and vegetables should be added to your diet. Mangoes, watermelon, broccoli, lemon, spinach etc can be grounded into a juice. They are healthy and nutritious too. If you want to stay hydrated and avoid health, skin and hair problems this summer season then include these healthy juices in your diet.

Watermelon juice
Watermelon is a fruit that is highly rich in water. You can enjoy this summer fruit juice to avoid dehydration. Avoid adding salt as it absorbs water from the body.
Sweet lime juice
Sweet lime cools the body and aids digestion. It is also known for keeping the body hydrated. So, have this fruit juice in your summer diet.
