Don't Be Clumsy

Are you one of those people who go to sleep on one side of the bed and wake up on another? Then sleeping with shoulder pain might be pretty tough for you. Try to be conscious of your movements while you sleep.

Upside Down

Never sleep on your stomach when you have shoulder pain. You are tempted to think you are keeping your shoulders free if you sleep on your stomach. But this doesn't allow your shoulders to stay in a stable position and may lead to more cramping pains. Sleep on your back with a small pillow to support your neck.
