continue
normal
breathing.
Try

repeat
the
process
at
least
30
times
at
once,

do
it

couple
of
times
every
day.
The shape of your nose can be changed using specific nose muscles strengthening exercises. However, you must know that the end of your nose is made of bones and that are attached with the cartilage, which holds the middle part of your nose. You cannot change the shape they have. But, you can always make your nose thinner by working on the nostril muscles. For that, use your index fingers to hold both sides of the nose and the use the nostril muscles to push the index fingers out.
