Sexually Transmitted Infection: If you secrete a yellowish or greenish discharge from the tip of the penis, then it is a sign of a sexually transmitted infection. It can also be a symptom of urethritis.

Burning Sensation Or Pain: If you suffer from a burning sensation or feel some pain while urinating, then it can be a sign of dehydration or bladder infection.

Itching: It is a very common genital problem in men. Itching in and around the genitals is a sign of bacterial infection. Lack of hygiene and bacterial growth causes itching. However, if the itching is very severe on the penis head, then it can be a sign of a yeast infection.

Burning After Urinating: This is a common genital problem that shows that your body is dehydrated. Drink lots of water to avoid the inflammation.

Sore Penis: If your penis becomes sore and you also see some red bumps on it, then it is a sign of herpes or yeast infection. But if the penis pains a lot and also develops blisters, then it can be a warning sign of cancer.

Tender Or Swollen Tip: When the tip of the penis is swollen or tender, then it is a sign of balanitis. This is a common genital infection men suffer from.

Painful Ejaculation: If you suffer from acute pain during ejaculation or while urinating, then it can be due to an infection in the prostrate gland or in the seminal vesicle.

Foul Discharge: If you smell a foul discharge and the penis itches or burns after urinating, then it is a symptom of yeast infection.

Blister On Foreskin: If you develop blisters on foreskin, tip of the penis head or see a wart like growth that discharges white pus, then it can be a sign of penile cancer.

Sore Testicles: If your testicles become sore and sensitive on touch, then it is a common symptom of epididymitis. If you feel a hard painless knot on the testicles then it is a sign of testicle cancer.

These are few genital problems of men to beware of. To prevent such genital health problems, you must maintain proper genital hygiene. Drink lots of water and make sure you indulge in protected sex.
