Unhealthy lifestyle and few bad habits are spoiling the sleep of many people. Even after trying several attempts to maintain sleep hygiene all the efforts go in vain. Insufficient sleep and an unhealthy lifestyle can damage your health and also make you look dull. Lack of sleep leads to dull and puffy eyes that are covered with dark circles. So to look good, you must take your beauty sleep seriously. Similarly, indigestion, constipation, depression and headache are common health problems that occur due to lack of sleep.

Listening to music
Many people have this bad bedtime habit of listening to soft or loud music on bed. To maintain a sleep hygiene, you must not listen to music before going to bed.
Watching television
Watching television during bedtime can hamper your sleep as it strains the eyes.
Using laptop
There are many people who stay hooked on to their laptops at night for office or personal usage. This bedtime habit ruins your sleep and also keeps you stressed.
Playing video games
Playing video games late in the night spoils your sleep due to the adrenaline rush and constant body energy that keeps you hyperactive. Stop playing video games in bedtime.
Working out
