Young girls wait for this beautiful transformation; to grow up and look like their beautiful moms. To look sensually appealing and grown up, there are certain young ones who wait for the time to hit puberty. But, when they actually hit adolescence, their body changes make them feel different. What happens to your body when you hit puberty?

Physical changes among girls during puberty:

The body starts taking a curvaceous shape. Arms, thighs and body starts becoming heavy.

Body height starts increasing at a faster pace. It starts with head, feet and hands. Other body parts grow gradually.

One of the most common body changes among girls after hitting puberty is the development of breasts. The flat chest now starts shaping into a soft bosom.

Body hair starts developing. Hair will grow on your arms, legs, underarms and abdomen. You will get hair on your genital region too!

When a girl hits puberty, her buttocks take a curvaceous shape. It lifts up and becomes fuller.

When a young girl hits puberty, her hormonal changes affects the skin too! Acne, hair fall, dull complexion and skin tone changes are common.

Hitting adolescence means the capability to become pregnant. This is because the girl starts menstruating after hitting puberty. The symptoms of menstruation start when the white discharge starts secreting.

Well there are mental changes in the young girls too:

Mood swings are another symptoms of puberty. Suddenly you will smile and after few minutes you will feel sad about something.

Feeling of love or infatuation comes up when you hit adolescence. You start liking someone and the urge to get physically involved increases to a greater extent. This is because the estrogen hormone increases the drive to make love.

Addiction is one of the new habits rising among young teens. When the girl hits adolescence, she feels she has grown up and is free to live a life on her own terms. Getting addicted to drugs, alcohol or smoking are few common bad habits young teens catch up these days!

These are few physical and mental changes that occur in a girl when she hits puberty.
