Water Poached Eggs

The healthiest way to eat eggs for breakfast is by poaching them. No oil, no fats and no added fats. Heat water in a pan and break the egg on top of the steaming water. Add salt and pepper and a very healthy breakfast is ready to be eaten. Poached eggs are especially good for feeding babies because it is soft and easy to swallow.
