Cleaning is one of those things that almost all of us do on a regular basis. But, we do it without any intention of exercising. Did you know that cleaning is an excellent exercise? Burns Calories- What can be a better exercise than cleaning? It burns calories depending on the work you do. For example if you engage yourself in the cleaning your home for almost an hour then it will burn the same amount of calories as half an hour of gym. Moreover there are some rigorous cleaning activities that burn more calories. For example mopping or brooming the floor, washing utensils are very good. So, don't you think it to be one of the best ideas to shed the extra flab that you have. Instead of spending time and money on a gym, why not start cleaning for good health. Even pregnant women are advised to do it as it keeps them fit for a normal delivery. So, ditch your vacuum cleaner and start cleaning yourself.

Improves Concentration- Cleaning is a good exercise for improving concentration. So, if you are lacking in concentration then try this. There can be no multi-tasking in cleaning chores. You have to concentrate on one work at a time. And at the same time a clean house helps you to look at and concentrate on things in a better way.
